Our flagship online coaching program

  A personalised, high touch online leadership program designed to put three skills at the heart of a thriving organisation: Coaching, Communication and Collaboration

The 3C Program is a three month personalised online executive coaching program, that systematically works the real development issues in a well-facilitated, high-contact online environment. It aims to directly build leadership capabilities while simultaneously developing the skills to support the growth and development of peers.

Phase 1

Define leadership growth areas


In conjunction with HR we identify three leaders, matched by their complementary leadership style and skills. We use stakeholder interviews to gather feedback on each participant’s value proposition and development needs, then jointly agree on two to three leadership growth areas.


Phase 2

Create the conditions for successful change


Create the conditions for successful long-term behavioural change. Each participant meets as a group of three with an executive coach every week for nine weeks to inspire and support each other in their leadership development.


Participants take systematic and focused action on their identified Leadership Areas. Through the process they develop peer coaching skills and create internal support mechanisms.

Each week the group explores content based on 35 years of executive coaching and leadership development. In the process, new insights and awareness arise and fellow participants support the integration of these learning into each other’s desired behaviour change.

    Mindfulness
    Create the next level of awareness of self, others and the environment.
  • Week 3
    Personality
    Understand your own autopilot and its limitations.

  • Week 4
    Observer
    Learn how to go beyond autopilot and develop flexibility and adaptability.
  • Week 5
    Emotions
    Develop your EQ and learn how to deal with strong emotions that limit you today.
  • Week 6
    Expansion vs Contraction
    Learn a simple technique to assess your own state as well as the state of others and the environment.

  • Week 7
    Communication
    Learn how to access and interpret all levels of communication.
  • Week 8
    Intuition
    Learn the skills to make decisions and lead fluidly and effectively in a complex business environment.
  • Week 9
    Integration
    Integrate and learn how to sustain the new leadership behaviours long after the program has finished.

Phase 3:

MEASUREMENT OF IMPACT


Measurement of impact by leaders and their stakeholders. Leaders complete a self-evaluation form. Together with HR we can measure the change perceived by key stakeholders and its impact on the wider organisation.
